Hi David,
I’m writing to tell you how happy I am with the services your moving crew provided on Monday. Ramon and Mike were just amazing. Moving is stressful and they were a calming team for me. Please tell them how much I appreciated their humor, their patience, their efficiency, and especially their help. They didn’t just move stuff — they made sure things were where I wanted them, and they went way above and beyond when they helped unload my car and my mom’s car. When they did this, they allowed my older mom to stay inside out of the hot sun. I so appreciated that thoughtful gesture, and my mom did too. We are still talking about how great they were.
