Dear Mr. Noland,

Moving is so stressful even under the best of circumstances and my circumstances were anything but the best when I telephoned you for a quote!  Divorce, relocation, storage, shipping – all of these problems confronted me.  You and your team (Tracy and Ramon) made a very difficult situation so much easier by offering solutions for my moving and storage problems.  I was living out of the country and had my things taken to your warehouse for storage for a number of years – I knew that I could count on you all even if I needed them shipped overseas, which thankfully I didn’t have to do.  Tracy and Ramon are the most competent, professional and kind movers, and after 3 plus moves, I can count you all as friends!
