I have moved 4x in as many years (2x xcountry, 2x within sonoma county). These guys by far were the best! We had originally planned on getting friends to help us until I looked at the forecast and saw it predicted rain and wind. 6 days before the “big day”, I decided to hire movers and save ourselves and our friends. I called North Bay Movers 1st, expecting to call a few other agencies like I’ve always done in the past to compare quotes. But, after calling and speaking with the owner, David, I didn’t have to! He was able to get me moved in short notice and fairly priced. His crew is awesome! They are definitely the most capable, caring, and organized guys who have ever moved me. They were extremely prompt and worked diligently and smartly. They even swapped out the refrigerator and washer/dryer for us with the ones that I wanted to put in our new rental. In doing so, they had to take off and put back on the fridge doors, and after they had gone, I noticed the ice wasn’t dispensing. So, the next day I called David and left a message. He promptly returned my call and had the guys who had moved us come over and correct the issue. This is truly the meaning of fantastic customer service. God forbid I have to make move #5 anytime soon, but when we are ready to buy a house in a few years, these guys have our business!
